Terms of Use

1.1. These terms of use govern the use of the FrozenMart website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform") and define the legally binding terms under which you access, register, or use the Platform.

1.2. By using our Platform in any manner, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with and be bound by them.

1.3. A breach of any of these terms may result in your rights to use the Platform being restricted, suspended, or withdrawn.

1.4. We may amend these terms at any time. Please check this page regularly for changes, as updates are binding on you.

1.5. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2.1. FrozenMart allows users to browse frozen food products from registered vendors, place orders, and have those orders delivered by FrozenMart riders ("Services").

2.2. FrozenMart is a marketplace platform. We are not affiliated with or a partner of any vendor listed. We facilitate the order, payment, and delivery process.

2.3. We do not guarantee the quality, freshness, or accuracy of product descriptions provided by vendors. However, we verify all vendors before listing them and take quality concerns seriously.

3.1. Our Services are available only to individuals aged 18 years and above who can enter into legally binding contracts.

3.2. To create an account, you must provide your full name, phone number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3.3. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access at hello@frozenmart.ng.

4.1. All payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (Paystack). FrozenMart does not store your card details.

4.2. Accepted payment methods include debit cards, bank transfers, and FrozenMart wallet credits.

4.3. Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include any applicable platform fees. Delivery fees are shown at checkout.

4.4. Once an order is accepted by the vendor, cancellation is no longer possible. If an order is not delivered or is incorrect, contact us immediately for resolution.

5.1. Delivery is carried out by FrozenMart-registered riders. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary based on location and order volume.

5.2. You must be available to receive your order at the delivery address provided. FrozenMart is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by inaccurate address information.

5.3. If you fail to take delivery of your order, you will not be entitled to a refund or re-delivery unless the failure was on our part.

6.1. If your order is missing items, incorrect, or undelivered, contact us via WhatsApp or email within 2 hours of the expected delivery time.

6.2. Verified refunds are processed within 24–48 hours to your original payment method or FrozenMart wallet.

6.3. All complaints should be submitted to hello@frozenmart.ng or through the in-app support chat.

7.1. All content on the FrozenMart Platform, including the name, logo, design, and software, is the intellectual property of FrozenMart and is protected under applicable Nigerian law.

7.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any FrozenMart content without express written permission.

8.1. FrozenMart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8.2. We are not liable for loss or damage caused by vendor products, provided we acted in good faith in verifying the vendor.

8.3. Our maximum liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order giving rise to the claim.

You must not use the Platform to:

• Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity
• Reverse-engineer or tamper with any part of the Platform
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users, vendors, or riders
• Place orders you do not intend to receive or pay for

10.1. FrozenMart may issue promo codes at its discretion. Codes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used in accordance with their specific terms.

10.2. We reserve the right to withdraw or invalidate any promo code if we reasonably believe it is being misused.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the use of our Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
